Our store policy is to accept return requests for items that arrive faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at Levocollwill34@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the fault.
Please contact us and wait for instructions before sending anything back. Do not mail an item to us without first receiving return instructions.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Those rights may apply regardless of our store policy.
